Basic Fundamental Movements.(
Changed - 21/09/2009)
On this page I have listed
the "Basic Fundamental Movements" that you must
perform in order to play very golf.
These are listed in alphabetical
order and not in any priority, however by working through
the list you will gradually improve your golf technique.
I will be highlighting these items throughout
the lessons, so all of this information will be continually
repeated, but you may wish to read through these pages before
you begin the lessons.
On another page I have listed the "Basic

this time I have placed them in order of priority.
"Bunker

Allows the golfer to keep the club face
square to the target line for a longer distance as the clubhead
goes through the contact area, but also offers the golfer
the ability to add extra power into the golf shot.
"Sequence

The correct sequence of the movements of
the golf swing.
"Shoulder/Hips-unit"
This is a movement that you must understand
and perform if you wish to play very good golf.
"Twisting
the upper torso"
The method of using the flexibility of
the upper torso to achieve a full back swing movement.
"Twisted
condition of the upper body unit"
The body must be held in this twisted condition
throughout the down swing and the follow through movement.
