Weight Distribution.
(Changed - 24/01/2011)
As the golf swing is performed you must control the leg action
so that you maintain the head in the original address position and
the hip held directly over the centre of your stance whilst the
weight of the body is transferred first of all slighly onto the
right leg during the back swing movement - and then onto the left
leg during the down swing movement.
However, the head must remain fixed in the original address
position throughout the complete golf swing movement so that the
left eye remains slightly behind the ball at all times - this transfer
of the weight of the body can be achieved without the head moving
away from the original address position but you must concentrate
fully on this task.
