Albeit for only
a milli-second. Master
- (Changed - 15/12/2008)
When the shoulders actually return to the original address position,
the rotational speed of the shoulders slow down for a nanosecond.
However this nanosecond gives the golfer enough time to use the
left shoulder muscles to pull the passive arms through the contact
area whilst the shoulders are parallel to the target line and also
forcing the right arm into the fully straightened position but importantly,
ensuring that the club face remains square to the target line for
a slightly longer distance as it moves through the contact area.
But it is important to understand that this all happens
in a flash and the actual stopping of the shoulders is practically
undetectable.
