Arms Movement.
(Changed - 02/12/2011)
"Key
Movement"
From the precise moment the ball is struck,
regardless of what position the hips and the shoulders are in, using
the extra power injected into the left arm prior to the club head
striking the ball, the left arm pulls the club head through the
contact area thus forcing the right arm into the fully straightened
position. The left arm must continue to pull the club head through
the contact area until both arms are fully straightened - thus completing
the Key Movement.
But importantly, as the left arm pulls the club head through
the contact area, the elbows
must continue to remain held as close together as is physically
possible in addition, the upper
body angles must be strictly maintained and the head must remain
slightly behind the ball position.
