Basic Fundamental Movements.(
Changed - 24/06/2008)
On this page I have listed
the "Basic Fundamental Movements" that you must
try to perform in order to play very golf.
These are listed in alphabetical
order and not in any priority. However by working through
the list you will gradually improve your golf technique.
I will be highlighting these items throughout
the lessons, so all of this information will be continually
repeated, therefore you may wish to read through these pages
before you begin the lessons.
On another page I have listed the "Basic
Fundamental Principles" but
this time I have placed the basic principles in order of priority.
"Forward
Press"

This section shows how differently the
arms react to the movement of the shoulders as you perform
the back swing movement and the down swing movement.
"Sequence
of Movements"

the golf swing.
