Forward
Press Movement.

The sole purpose of a forward press movement
(See Video) is to assist in a smooth
transition from the static address position into the back swing
movement.
As soon as I am ready to begin the back
swing movement I pause for a brief moment in order to concentrate
on the task in hand, then I perform a forward press movement before
using the left arm to push the arms/golf club to the end of the
back swing movement.
